  Your computer will be at its fastest right after the operating system has been installed. No matter how careful you are, your computer will eventually slow down from continual use. After a few years, your system will be at a point where it will be cheaper and faster to simply reinstall the operating system.

  To keep your data safe, I will remove your old hard drive from your computer and install it into an external enclosure, which you can connect to any computer via USB or Firewire. In addition, I will order you a new hard drive, install it into your computer, and install your operating system on the new drive. The price of the new hard drive is included in the service fee.^{Note [1]}

  Keep your computer safe from viruses, spyware, and other intruders with a custom suite of security applications.

• System Clean-Up and Optimization

  Computer running really slowly? Getting lots of annoying popups and ads? I will remove system cruft, unused programs, and tweak hidden system settings to help you get the most out of your computer. I will also remove any viruses or spyware to get your system malware free

• Troubleshooting and Repair

  Programs crashing? Getting strange error messages? Computer won't start? Whatever the problem may be, I'll figure out what's wrong and get your computer back on its feet and running again.

• Data Recovery

  Accidentaly delete an important file? I can restore most deleted files, if the computer wasn't used too much after the file was deleted. Need an important file off of a broken computer? If the hard drive isn't physically damaged, I can often recover files off of a broken computer too.

• Operating System Installation or Upgrade

  PCs- I will backup your data and then safely install the operating system of your choice.^{Note [1]}

  Macs- I can upgrade your mac to Leopard. I can also install Microsoft Windows or Linux in a dual-boot configuration, or a virtual environment using Parallels of VmWare Fusion.^{Note [1]}

Notes

• Note [1]: You do not need to provide me with your operating system's disk, but you must own a valid license (generally a serial key) to the operating system that you would like me to install. If I am reinstalling an operating system on a computer, I can re-use your old license. If you do not own a valid license to the operating system you would like me to install, I can help you purchase one. Linux is free and requires no paid license to use.
